How does the free trial work?

You start it from the offer shown when you first open a tool. It lasts 30 days, with no charge at the end. After that, a one-time purchase keeps the full app. Squawks, comms failure, light signals and interception stay free.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the menu from the round button at the top of the screen, choose Unlock or restore, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will a trial end during a flight?

If the trial ends while you're using the app, it stays open until you next start it, or return to it after 12 hours or more in the background. Running timers keep going.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Only starting the trial, buying or restoring needs a connection. Timer notifications also work with no signal.

I'm not getting timer alerts

Check that notifications are on in iOS Settings › SkyRule, and that a Focus mode isn't holding them back. Sound follows your device's settings.

"Use my location" doesn't work

Turn on iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services, then allow SkyRule under Location. You can also type your latitude and longitude.
